Create a route plan

To create a new plan, click on the "Plans" tab. Then select "New".

The following page will appear

• Name (*) : this field lets you name the plan as you wish.
• Vehicle configuration (*) : (if the multiple configurations option is activated) select the desired configuration for the fleet of vehicles. Drivers, vehicles, working hours, and rest periods can vary depending on the day or activity. Each configuration allows you to set up global settings for a group of vehicles. The different vehicle configuration settings are explained in the "Managing vehicles" section.
• Reference : enter a unique reference of your choice.
• Date : enter the date the plan will be carried out, to make it easier to automatically export to the mobility devices set up in your settings.
• Labels : labels let you create a plan with a specific subgroup of destinations. Open the dropdown menu in the "labels" field to see all existing labels. By default, no filtering label is selected, so all destinations will be included in the plan you create. To filter destinations to include using labels, there are two complementary modes:
  • "ALL" : select "all" from the dropdown menu. Choose one or more filtering labels; only destinations associated with all the selected labels will be included in the plan. For example, if you select labels "A" and "B" as filters, only destinations linked to both "A" and "B" will appear in the plan. Destinations with no label, only label "A", only label "B", or other labels will be excluded.

  • "OR" : select "or" from the dropdown menu. Choose one or more filtering label(s). Only destinations with at least one of the selected labels will be included in the plan. For example, if you select labels "A" and "B" as filters, destinations with only label "A", only label "B", or both labels will be included in the plan.

• Zoning : if one or more zonings have already been created, select them from the dropdown list (see the "Managing zonings" section for details). If no zoning has been created, click the cross button . This field is optional when creating your plan.
  Create Plan: click the "Create Plan" button to confirm your entry.
  Once your entry is confirmed, the interactive map will appear with all geocoded destinations, allowing you to reorder stops, move stops, and optimise routes (see the "Optimising routes" section for more details).
