As part of subscribing to use our Mapo Driver mobile app and sending routes to it, you can access dashboards for your routes. These are available both live during the progress of the routes and as part of a historical database.
To access the live dashboard, use the "Reports" menu and then select "Dashboard (live)".
You have two sub-menus available:
Dashboard (live)
This menu lets you track the progress of ongoing routes live, as well as review past routes. By default, the history goes back 6 months. If you need a longer history, please contact us.
- Select the date you want to view
- Search bar to find one or more specific items (recipient name, address, status, etc.)
- Filter by Mapo Driver app account by clicking the filter
- View the total number of missions by their completion status
- See the breakdown of statuses on graphs
You can temporarily hide certain statuses by clicking their legends next to the graph.
- See the progress of each route (user account) with the number of missions in each status
- By clicking on the name of a vehicle, you can access a list of parameters linked to that account.
These parameters can be useful if you need to contact our support team to investigate any technical issues with the account or the smartphone used.
- By clicking the symbol on the far right of each Mapo Driver account, you can view detailed information about that vehicle's route.

Let's go through all the information available for a mission:- Order number of the mission in the route.
- Destination name, along with any associated labels.
- Current status
- Scheduled time from the optimisation calculation, along with the possible time slot information.
- The arrival time is the time of the last validated status change. It is highlighted in green if it falls within the destination's time slot, and in red if it is outside the possible time slot.
An ETA symbol is added to subsequent missions to indicate the recalculated estimated time, taking into account any delay from the previous mission's validation. - "Mission proofs" are the details added by the agent during the mission. These are available for each mission when the corresponding symbol has a blue background.

On the right side of the screen, you'll find a map of the routes for the selected date.
The map shows all the destinations in the route plan.
Using the checkboxes at the bottom of the map, you can choose whether or not to display the missions and the itineraries calculated by the optimisation.
Clicking on a destination opens a popup with various information available.
When geolocation is enabled on smartphones, the vehicle's position is shown on the map with a vehicle icon. Clicking the symbol opens a popup with various details.
Export
Mission reports can be exported in spreadsheet format so you can store them or use them for statistics.
Let's go through the different export settings for the reports:

Report type: Three types of reports are available for export
- Mission: These are the data from the visual dashboard (see above).
- Public portal questionnaire: When the SMS sending option is activated, satisfaction surveys can be sent to recipients, and their responses are available here.
- Form responses:
- Start date: You can export reports for a specific date range. Enter the start date here.
- End date: Enter the end date of the range here.

Status history: By default, only the last validated status is exported. Tick this box to get the full history of status changes.
Each status is geolocated and timestamped. - Download: Various spreadsheet export formats are available.
