Before using the shipping form (SF), some configuration will be necessary to define its type, content, and the stores you wish to assign it to.
Note: Configuring a form requires user rights. If your profile does not have them, please contact your administrator.
Content Configuration
Access to the shipping form configuration is through the Retailers tab in the Configuration section.
General Aspect:
Several things need to be filled in this configuration:
- The name of the form (this is the name that will be visible to the end users of the form),
- The type of Form (Home delivery, return, ...),
- The content of this form.
The menu on the left allows you to select the block of the shipping form you wish to configure.
Configuration of the Shipping Content Block
After choosing a title for your shipping form and a type, you will be able to activate several elements. Each of these elements, described below, determines the display of a dedicated block in the form.
In the parcel information block, you will first find the choice of the default parcel type.
The default value chosen will be taken into account even if the "parcel type" field is hidden.
In the parcel information, the parcel type allows you to add a dropdown menu to choose between the types Standard, Pallet, and Crate.
The floor space allows you to add a field corresponding to the area occupied by the parcel on the floor and a dropdown menu to choose the corresponding unit.
The parcel volume allows you to add a field corresponding to the volume of the parcel and a dropdown menu to choose the corresponding unit.
The parcel reference and barcode allow you to add a box Add references to the parcel which, once checked, allows you to add fields for the reference and delivery barcode for each parcel according to the quantity specified.
And finally, you will also have the option to condition the display of product quantities. If the field is visually hidden, the value sent will still always be 1.
In the product information, the description allows, when adding a product, to add a field for the product description.
The EAN field allows you to add the EAN code when adding a product.
The CUG (Unit Management Code) field allows you to add the CUG code when adding a product.
Finally, the product block option allows you to manage the display of the block according to 3 possibilities:
- Hidden,
- Expandable,
- Displayed.
Configuration of the Services Block
In this block, you can activate the display of additional data, called delivery tags. Once this block is activated, you will need to go to the "delivery tags" block to configure all the tags to display in the shipping form.
Configuration of the Delivery Block
The first field to select concerns the activation of the collection block. This can be:
- Do not display: the field will be deactivated and the collection date of the goods will be automatically calculated by WOOP when choosing the delivery date.
- Before the delivery block
- After the delivery block
The carrier choice option allows you to add the possibility to choose one of the proposed carriers when a slot is selected among the eligible carriers.
The shipping costs option adds a field to indicate the order price in € including VAT that will be payable by the customer.
Configuration of the Additional Information Block
The business reference allows you to add a field dedicated to your internal references.
Activating the FE for the relevant stores
After saving the form using the button located at the top right of the page, all that's left is to assign it to the relevant stores.
Once all these steps are completed, the form should be accessible for a user from the ship button (if they have been granted the rights).
