How do I export my routes to my GPS and/or mobile devices?
There are three ways to export your routes:
- Print: lets you display the route sheet and print it;
- Spreadsheet export (standard or Excel): lets you export your route sheets to spreadsheets, for printing or office work;
- Export to GPS and mobile apps: lets you export routes to the relevant devices. To do this, you must have set up your devices as vehicles in the Global Settings.
Why isn't my route being sent to my GPS or mobile devices?
Make sure to check your device settings:
- Click on "Global Settings" in the "Settings" tab
- Check the connection details by clicking the arrow to the right of your GPS system
Save the new information.
Each vehicle must also be linked to a GPS. In the "Vehicles" menu, select the desired vehicle and enter the GPS identifier to link it to the vehicle. Depending on the GPS brand, the GPS number may need to be entered manually or via API call.

I've changed my device to a vehicle, how do I export my routes to it?
In "Global Settings" under the "Settings" menu, enter the usernames and passwords to link with the mobility partner's web service. Then go to the vehicle record via the "Vehicles" menu. Enter the GPS numbers to link the vehicle's GPS to the route.
The principle of exporting Mapo routes is to send them from Mapo to your mobility partners via the internet. The information is sent wirelessly to the devices.
