Plan List

All plans can be viewed via Plans => List. The following page will open

The actions available on this page are:

1. creating a new plan by clicking the New plan button

2. copying a plan by clicking the Duplicate button

3. editing a plan by clicking the Edit button

4. deleting a plan by clicking the Delete button
   As soon as a plan box is ticked, the buttons below the list become active. The possible actions for one or more plans are:

5. bulk deletion by ticking the box(es) for the relevant plan(s) and clicking the Delete selection button

6. export: plan(s) can be exported in iCal format for calendars or csv/xls for spreadsheets
   

7. Display the vehicle's routes by selecting a vehicle from the drop-down menu (7) and clicking the Display all routes for the vehicle button

8. Display the vehicle's load status by selecting a vehicle from the drop-down menu (7) and clicking the Display vehicle load status button

Note:
The number of plans is limited to 20 by default. If needed, contact support to increase the number of available plans. Having too many plans may slow down the system.
