Using the "Expand" button on the map panel , the route sheets for the map's routes Display with the following view

Routes Display with improved visibility. Clicking on one of the stops opens a pop-up with information about the stop (assigned vehicle, name of the visited point, address, delivery time slot, time of visit). To return to the standard map view, click the expand button again.

This button lets you Display only the interactive map on the screen. To Display the map and the plan again, click the same button once more

• 1188/1199 stops shows the number of planned stops out of the total number of stops.
• Shows the number of vehicles used out of the total number of vehicles.
• 36:10 shows the total duration of all the routes in the plan.
• Shows the total distance to be covered across the routes in the plan.
• Shows the average speed for all routes
• Shows the CO2 emissions for the plan's routes if CO2 emissions and vehicle consumption have been entered (see the "Vehicle management" chapter, "Vehicle settings" section).
• Shows the number of units delivered out of the total vehicle capacity.
• Allows you to start automatic optimisation for all routes or for each route in the plan. Optimisation can be applied to all stops on the route or only to the active stops.
• Lets you show or hide all planned routes and stops in the plan.
• This is activated if unplanned routes or stops are hidden on the map and interactive map.
• Lets you lock or unlock all routes in the plan and unplanned stops. If routes are locked, they won't be affected by any changes. Optimisation will not modify a locked route.
• The following icon appears above routes or unplanned stops that have been locked. Locking allows you to manually move a point (for example: moving a point from one route to another).
• Lets you export the plan in different formats (see the "Exporting routes" chapter).
• Lets you bulk assign unplanned stops to routes with a single click. If these stops are inserted into routes, those routes will no longer be optimised. Bulk assigning unplanned stops is limited to 20 stops. However, it's recommended to use zoning to assign your stops more precisely (see the "Zoning management" chapter).

Note:
Unplanned stops are sorted in alphanumeric order. In other words, stop names made up of letters are sorted alphabetically. If stop names contain numbers, the number is taken into account for sorting. For example: "Home 1" will be listed before "Home 9".

Icons for each route

Action and information icons for the route

• The icon / lets you customise the route colour (by default, the route colour matches the vehicle).
• The icon lets you Display the "Vehicle settings" page.
• The icon lets you start automatic optimisation for the selected route.
• The icon / lets you set the route date. The route date must be after the plan date.
• The icon lets you hide or Display the route's destinations on the map and plan.
• The icon lets you lock the route so that global operations on the plan don't affect this route. For example, optimisation won't change a locked route. Manual changes are still allowed (for example: moving stops to the list of unplanned stops or to another route).
• The icon lets you export the route in different formats (see the "Exporting routes" chapter for details).
• The icon 4:39/8:00 shows the planned duration of the route, compared to the driver's working time (also called "vehicle time slot").
• The icon (route) shows the distance to be covered on the route.

Forcing a route's departure time

Optimisation calculates the best possible route by minimising costs. Depending on constraints and requirements, optimisation may suggest waiting times, late departures, etc.

Note:
In the global settings, you can Force the vehicle's departure time. This means the vehicle's departure time (time window) is respected. Each route starts at the vehicle's departure time. If this is enabled, a pin icon appears to the left of the route's departure time, which is highlighted.

To make a route start at a specific time, you can force the route's departure time. Clicking on the departure time opens a field. Enter the desired time in HH:mm format. Once set, the departure time is highlighted and a pin icon appears to its left.

Stop point icons

Information or action icons for stop points:

• The element shows the position in the route; only visited points are numbered.
• The icon lets you include or exclude the point from the route calculation. When the box is unticked, the point is not included and is inactive. These inactive points will be considered during optimisation depending on the type of optimisation chosen.
• The icon lets you open the "Edit destination" or "Edit depot" page, depending on the type of point selected.
• The icon lets you zoom in on the selected point and Display a card with its information.
• The icon  lets you click and drag to reorder the destination within the routes.
• Some additional features are available for greater ease of use.
