Exporting routes to an Android mobile via the Waze app
With this tool, you can send the routes from a plan to your mobile, so you can add them to your calendar and use them with a GPS navigation app called Waze.
Prerequisite: You need to install the Waze app on your Android mobile, available from the Play Store.

Importing data into an S Planner calendar (Samsung mobile)
Set up the Waze mobile app
Activate your phone’s geolocation via the taskbar
Open the Waze app. Tap the “Next” button
Swipe up from the bottom and tap the “Accept” button
The app’s home screen will appear
Tap the magnifying glass icon in Waze to open the app menu
In the menu that appears, tap “Planned Drives”
Tap “Sync Calendar” to start syncing Waze with your calendar
Exit the Waze app.
Sending the iCal file to an Android mobile
The iCal file lets you import your route into your mobile’s calendar, and then into the Waze GPS app.
In the schedule tab, select from the dropdown menu the schedule containing the route you want to send
The “Edit schedule” screen will appear. Click the icon.
In the dropdown menu, select “iCal calendar by email”
The route is sent by email to the address entered in the vehicle settings. (See the vehicle configuration section). A confirmation message for the email send will appear at the top right of the interactive map
On your phone, you’ll receive an email like this. Click the link in the email.
Note:
The email may sometimes end up in your junk folder.
Click the highlighted link, and your phone will ask you to open the file with your chosen browser
Choose the browser icon you want, the browser window will open and the download will start
Once the download is complete, view the notification bar (swipe down from the top of the screen to show the notification bar). The downloaded iCal file will be visible
Tap the iCal file in the notification bar.
Depending on your Android mobile, there are different calendar apps you can use to open the iCal file.
Importing data into an S Planner calendar (Samsung mobile)
Your mobile will prompt you to import or save the iCal data into S Planner (the default calendar on Samsung Android devices). Tap “Save” or the “Import” button, depending on your Android version
Note:
The first time you use it, you’ll be asked to allow the S Planner app to access your device’s files. Tap “ALLOW”.
The destinations are imported into the S Planner calendar
The route will appear in S Planner on the date set in Mapo. Go to S Planner to view the route.
In the calendar, tap the date of the route you’re interested in
A window will appear with the route, then tap the first stop on the route
In the details for the first stop, tap the address in the “location” section. You’ll be prompted to open the file with the Waze app. Select “Open file with Waze” or tap the Waze icon. (Choose “just once” or “always” as you prefer).
The address will open in Waze. Tap the first address shown.
The stop details will appear. Click the “Go” button
Navigation will start.
