Configuration on the Praxedo side
After you have received all your credentials from Praxedo, you need to go to the Praxedo website to set up some initial data.
At least one label must be entered for interventions (otherwise Praxedo will not take this stop into account) and it must follow the format: “praxedo:CODE_TYPE_INTERVENTION” (CODE_TYPE_INTERVENTION must exist in Praxedo). For example: “praxedo:LIV”
A “START” label and a “STOP” label must be created for the departure and arrival depots.
In the Praxedo interface, go to the “Settings” menu and then “Equipment type” to create or identify the equipment type code.
In the Praxedo interface, go to the “Administration” menu and then “Technician” to create or identify the ID for each technician, as well as the synchronisation ID, which is needed for the mobile app.
Configuration on the Mapo side
The following conditions must be met for the data sent by Mapo to be understood by Praxedo: - Multi-visit mode must be enabled (this Option can be activated on request) - On the “Global settings” page, you need to enter your Praxedo credentials. These credentials allow our app to send route plans and all the necessary information to the Praxedo server.
So that each route can be sent to each of the vehicles involved, in our app you need to enter the unique vehicle ID (which matches the Praxedo “technician code”) on the “vehicle configuration” page.
For each visit:
A reference for the destination can be entered (to be filled in during import), which will be sent to Praxedo to identify the equipment name (equipmentName)
A quantity must be linked to the visit (so it can then be retrieved by Mapo). When data is sent back from Praxedo, if a quantity exists in Mapo for the relevant route, it will be updated.
A reference can be entered which will be sent to Praxedo along with the “equipment code to be delivered”
Once this information has been saved, you can now send a route directly to Praxedo for each vehicle. On the route display page, simply click the route export icon and then click “Send to Praxedo”.
You can now find your routes in the Praxedo web app and also transfer each route to your technicians’ mobile devices.
