Mission status updates (Optional)

After sending the orders to your smartphone, you can get real-time updates on their status and progress. With this active status update option, you can see the status of each order using coloured dots. Each colour represents a different order status. These dots are visible at each stop on every route.

The colours correspond to the following statuses:

Blue: Planned
Yellow: Started
Green: Completed
Red: Issue
Grey: Suspended (optional)

You can activate stops based on their status. Filters are available according to the statuses reported by Mapo Driver. By default, the "Suspended" status is not included in the list.

For example, you can filter stops with the Issue status. Only stops with the corresponding dot will then be active. Stops with a different status will be deactivated. In other words, these stops will be unticked and not included in the route. With this option, you can change the assignment of stops to each vehicle in real time and re-optimise the route. If vehicle A is available at the end of its route, you can assign it an unplanned stop from vehicle B.
