Agents are one of the two essential resources in a fleet. They are a prerequisite for optimising routes.
How to Add an Agent to Your Fleet
There are two methods available for creating an agent:
- The creation form
- CSV import
Adding an Agent via the Creation Form
- From your selected fleet, click on "Add an Agent".
- Fill in the various required characteristics.
🧐 Can't complete the creation of your agent? Ensure that both the first name and last name fields are correctly filled in. These fields are mandatory. The agent's name must be unique and cannot already be in use.

Characteristics of an Agent

- Last Name*
- First Name*
- Reference: Information that allows you to identify the agent in addition to the name.

- Phone Number
- Spoken Language
- Time Zone

Characteristics
- Vehicle: A vehicle must be associated with an agent for it to be utilised.

Costs
- Hourly Cost: Applies according to the number of hours worked by the agent.
- Daily Cost: Applies if the agent is engaged, regardless of duration or distance.

Skills
- Skills allow deliveries to be assigned to an agent based on prerequisites. You can create the necessary skills as required and apply them to your various sector agents.
