With the Tour visualisation module, you can manage the planning and execution of your tours.
How to access Tours Visualisation
Tours visualisation can be accessed from the main menu via the "Tours" tab.
Daily View
General Overview
The daily view consists of:
- A navigation bar allowing you to select the date, filter your routes, or restart an optimization.
- A "List" view of the day’s routes.
- A "Map" view representing the routes.
Date Selection
To view the routes, select the date for which you want to see them.
Optimize
If the day has not yet been optimized, there will be no composed routes.
You can manually start optimization by clicking on "Optimize " or by setting up automatic optimization (see the "Set Up a Sector" article).
If your routes are already composed but you want to restart optimization to include new deliveries or changes in configurations, you can do so using the "optimize" button.
Routes List
The route list informs you about the vehicles used and the trips to be made by each vehicle on that day. For each trip, the expected start time, the number of missions to be completed, and any anomalies reported by the agent, if applicable, are indicated.
A progress bar shows the percentage of completion for the route. This is based on the statuses updated by the agent via the mapo Driver application.
In the "Unplanned" tab, you can view the list of deliveries scheduled for the day but not assigned to a route by the optimization.
Map View
In the map view, you can see all the routes scheduled for the day, as well as the unscheduled deliveries. The routes are color-coded according to the vehicle's settings. Clicking on a stop will display a panel with essential information about the delivery and highlight the route to which it belongs.
Filters
Filters allow you to quickly find the delivery you are looking for by filtering by:
- Vehicle
- Statuses
- Order Number
- Anomalies
Route Details
Clicking on a vehicle’s trip will take you to the route details.
General Overview
In the route details, you will find:
- Route statistics
- The list of stops
- A map of the route
**Route Statistics**
Route statistics include:
- Number of kilometers traveled
- Number of customers delivered
- Total duration of the route
- Cost of the route (based on vehicle and agent costs)
- Load rate (maximum vehicle load achieved during the route)
**List of Stops**
The list of stops shows the order of the route defined by the optimization, indicated by the customer’s name, time slot (delivery window chosen by the customer), and the expected time.
Once the agent has updated the statuses on their mobile app, the actual time (status update time) and delivery status are displayed.
**Delivery Details**
Clicking on the arrow accesses the delivery details.
**Vehicle and Agent Details**
Clicking the dedicated button accesses the details of the vehicle and the agent responsible for this route.
