A new feature for this delivery tracking page is the inclusion of operational indicators. These key metrics help you quickly identify important points and proactively prevent delivery issues.
These indicators display the number of deliveries within different delivery statuses:
- Pending Request: This indicator shows the number of deliveries with a waiting status (No quote, No carrier, Carrier unavailable, To be completed). This "red" group signals deliveries that have not yet been taken in charge by a carrier.
- Late Pickups: This indicator highlights orders that have not been picked up by the carrier and have passed their originally scheduled pickup window.
- Late Deliveries: This indicator shows the number of "Late Deliveries." A delivery is considered late when the final delivery has not been completed after the chosen delivery slot.
- Delivery Incidents: This indicator shows the number of deliveries with a failure status. It includes collection failures, delivery failures, blocked delivery, and delayed delivery.
This percentage represents the rate of deliveries with the indicator's status, calculated from all visible deliveries (after filters are applied).
To view the specific deliveries, click on the indicator. The tracking table will then display the details.
