Rate cards play a key role in order orchestration as they allow you to estimate the delivery rate for each carrier and select the most cost-effective option.
► Accessing rate cards
Rate cards are available from the "Rate cards" option in the cogwheel menu at the top.
► Searching for rate cards
The filters let you search through the list of available rate cards by name, retailer, store or carrier.
► Viewing the details of a rate card
Clicking on a row displays the contents of the rate card in a side panel, showing the details of the different price layers.
► Creating a new rate card
The "New rate card" button takes you to the rate card setup interface called "Rate Studio". Once you’ve set up the various rules, click "Export" to download your rate card in json format.
► Importing a rate card
The newly created rate card can be added to the Woop back office using the "Import" button, specifying the name, description, retailer, store, carrier and activation dates.
