How to use Mapo

Mapo is used as follows:

Logging in

The Mapo web app is available online, on any web browser, at https://app.mapotempo.com.

From app.mapotempo.com — the online web app

• Go to https://app.mapotempo.com
• Enter the username (email) and password provided when you subscribed
• Click “Log in”

Resetting your password

Password reset request

Enter your login email address in the Email field. Click the "Confirm" button.

Password reset instructions will be sent by email.

Password change email

Click the password reset link in the "Change my password" email.

Enter your new password in the Password field and confirm it in the Confirm password field. Click the "Change" button.

The Mapo app will open with a message confirming your new password has been saved.

Roles in Mapo

Users in Mapo have different rights to view, import, create, edit, delete and export, depending on their role:

• Full access: the user can view, import, create, edit, delete and export all items in Mapo.
• Guest: the user can view the whole site and export the available information.
• Report only: the user can view what happened on routes and export the Route Report.

Menu Bar

The menu bar is made up of two groups of several tabs:

Menu bar.

• The “Plans” tab lets you create and optimise sets of routes,
• The “Destinations” tab lets you import, create and edit destination addresses,
• The “Vehicles” tab lets you set the starting point for vehicles (Depot) and configure vehicles.
• The “Reports” tab, which is optional, lets you track completed routes using the “Mapo Driver” mobile app

• The “Subscribe” tab lets you turn your trial account into a full account,
• The “Help” tab gives you access to online help,
• The “{your account name}” tab lets you set global adjustments, user preferences, and log out of your current session.
