To duplicate an order:
- Find your order on the home page (by searching by the exact order number or using the advanced filters).
Go to the order page that you want to duplicate (by clicking on the relevant line - surrounded in red below). - Click on "Actions"
- Click on "Duplicate"
- The new shipping form/order tunnel opens with the same information as in the initial order
- Check that all the information is correct
- Change any necessary information (e.g. order number)
- Click on "Finalise form"/"Finalise order"
