The panel that opens when you click on a row in the order list has been completely reorganised: a five-step tracking timeline replaces the status dots, and the content is now spread across five tabs.
Information that was previously only available on the old detail page — notifications, proof of delivery, customer note, carriers contacted — is now accessible without leaving the list.

| ShareableThe page address retains the open order. |
The panel header
It now only contains the order identity and its progress, nothing else.
- Order reference with its copy button.
- Customer and Carrier on a reminder line, visible whatever tab is active.
- The tracking timeline in five steps (detailed below).
- Transport label and Delivery note: two icon buttons each, Print and Download. Direct printing to a Zebra/USB printer is still available for retailers where it is enabled.
The "Transport label" block no longer appears at all when the carrier has not yet produced a label, instead of showing inactive buttons. The Download and Print labels have been replaced by icons only, to fit on one line.
The tracking timeline
Five fixed steps, the same for every order, which fill in as the delivery progresses. Each completed step shows its date and time.
Step statuses
Two behaviours your support teams should be aware of:
- A step that encountered an issue keeps its coloured label even after the incident is resolved. Only the dot returns to a neutral tick. The history of an order therefore remains visible on the timeline, even after recovery.
- The current delivery status is what counts for positioning the current step, rather than the last recorded event. An order whose delivery has regressed (loss of carrier, reassignment) will move back on the timeline.
The five tabs
The tab bar remains visible while scrolling. The General tab opens by default.
General
The content of the old panel, unchanged: collapsible blocks for Recipient, Sender and Carrier, then the summary Delivery details — slot, carrier cost ex VAT, service (additional services remain in a tooltip), retailer, store, exchange point, number of parcels, total weight and maximum dimensions.
History
The complete order timeline, from most recent to oldest, grouped by day.
- Events occurring in the same minute are grouped under a main event, others can be expanded with the chevron. When an order status and its delivery equivalent describe the same event, only one is kept.
- For a scheduled delivery, the difference from the slot is shown next to the time: within slot, late (+hh:mm) or early (−hh:mm).
- A carrier comment appears when you hover over the comment icon; clicking opens the event detail (comment, assigned team, initial slot and new slot if rescheduled).
- Below the timeline, the modification log lists each action with its date, type and author.
Order
The detail of parcels and their contents.
- One card per parcel: number, name, number of products, weight, dimensions, type of container and Chilled Tray(s) label when the parcel contains fresh or frozen products.
- Expanding a card shows the product table — name, quantity, EAN/reference, type — paginated beyond ten rows.
- When the carrier provides tracking specific to the parcel, the Track parcel button opens a dedicated view: tracking number, last event, then the parcel history by day. The Back to parcels link returns to the list.
Orchestration
The allocation decision, made clear. The selected carrier appears at the top, highlighted; the carriers contacted follow.
- Each card shows the carrier's logo and name, the proposed ex VAT amount, the weighted score out of 10 in a circular gauge, and the detail of the three criteria: Price, Quality, Eco-friendly.
- The ranking goes from best to lowest score. Carriers who declined are moved to the end of the list, marked with a Declined dot and the reason for refusal.
- Without viewing rights, the tab displays a clear message instead of a blank page: only the chosen carrier remains visible.
Information
Three collapsible blocks, shown according to the user's rights.
- Notifications — date and time, recipient, sender, triggering event, and sending status: Sent, Scheduled or Failed (with reason). The message content expands on request.
- Proof of delivery — photos provided by the carrier, in a horizontal carousel, with the date taken, carrier code and a download button.
- Final customer note — the date of the satisfaction survey then, question by question, the score and comment left by the recipient.
Action bar
- Track delivery is now in the action bar, at the top. The label replaces "Track my order". When the order includes both a delivery and a locker reservation, a menu offers Delivery tracking and Locker reservation tracking.
- Edit and the Actions menu (cancel, duplicate, reschedule, update, confirm delivery, mark as test order) are unchanged.
- On narrow screens, the buttons reduce to their icons and the bar fits on a single line.
Direct link to an order
The page address includes the open order. In practice:
- A link copied from the address bar reopens the list with the same panel open, including filters — useful for sharing a case with a colleague.
- Reloading the page no longer loses the order being viewed.
- The browser "Back" button no longer unexpectedly closes the panel.
If the order is no longer accessible (permissions, deletion), the list opens as normal and the parameter is removed from the address.
